REACTIVITY IS THE LEADER’S ENEMY BECAUSE CHANGE IS CONSTANT

Staying in your comfort zone is easy. After all, your body is designed to stabilize itself automatically through the process of homeostasis.

But this is limiting. Whether we like it or not, the world is in constant flux.

Change is the norm in organizations, and technology only develops it further. We can see this in the way we communicate, work and live, and in the disruption of business models. But it has a cost:

  • 70% of new CEOs fail to stay in their role longer than four years
  • 60% of efforts at business transformation are unsuccessful
  • 34% increase in stress levels recorded in just one year
  • 350 million people in the world have depression

PROACTIVELY REACH YOUR GOALS AS A LEADER

You can always improve your leadership abilities and have a more significant impact on the world. What challenge have you set for yourself?

HI! HOW ARE YOU?

My name is Ramón Estrada Torrescano. I’m a father, husband and a huge fan of jazz and Sherlock Holmes. I’m creative, curious and observant.

I was born in 1976 in Mexico City and now I live in Barcelona, though I’ve also lived in Veracruz, Madrid, Lisbon, and Monterrey.

I work as a copilot to leaders, helping them to achieve a high level of performance and enhancing their impact on the world. I do this by leveraging my experience as a coach, consultant, director and six-times entrepreneur.

I’m certified as an ontological, executive and leadership, and resilience coach. I’m also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a fellow of the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate.

Will you let me be your copilot on your journey?
